PTFI menambang dan memproses bijih menghasilkan konsentrat yang mengandung tembaga, emas dan perak. FREEPORT FRESH GRADUATE PROGRAM 2026

The Fresh Graduate Program (FGP) is designed to provide career opportunities for talented Indonesian graduates who have recently completed their higher education. We are seeking high-performing graduates from leading universities, with academic backgrounds aligned to our business needs.

1. FGP Engineering Physics

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizens, with preference given to Papuan candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1), Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4), or master’s degree (S2).
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.00 scale.
  • No more than 2 years since graduation.
  • Limited work experience (0-2 years).
  • Willing to be assigned to the company’s operations area in Papua.

2. FGP Occupational Health and Safety

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizens, with preference given to Papuan candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1), Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4), or master’s degree (S2).
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.00 scale.
  • No more than 2 years since graduation.
  • Limited work experience (0-2 years).
  • Willing to be assigned to the company’s operations area in Papua.

3. FGP Electrical Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizens, with preference given to Papuan candidates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1), Applied Bachelor’s Degree (D4), or master’s degree (S2).
  • Minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.00 scale.
  • No more than 2 years since graduation.

4. FGP Industrial Engineering

Qualifications:

5. FGP Architectural Engineering
