Your Responsibilities

• To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.
• To build knowledge of our end to end solutions which includes sales + logistics processes.
• To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.
• To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects
• To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking
• To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Graduation is mandatory, with maximum 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Logistics and Transportation Management, International Supply Chain or Business Management.
• Strong in analytical thinking, strategic thinking, planning organizing, business acumen.
• Sales and entrepreneurial skills.
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for pursuing a career in logistics and seeking for a global network.
