PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk

Dikenal saat ini dengan merek kenamaan “Tiga Roda” dan merek baru “Rajawali”, sejarah PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Perseroan” atau “Indocement”) diawali pada 1975 dengan rampungnya pendirian pabrik Indocement yang pertama di Citeureup, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Pada Agustus 1975, pabrik yang didirikan PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) dan memiliki kapasitas produksi terpasang tahunan 500.000 ton ini mulai beroperasi. Dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun setelah beroperasinya pabrik pertama, Perseroan membangun tujuh pabrik tambahan sehingga kapasitas produksi terpasangnya meningkat menjadi sebesar 7,7 juta ton per tahun.
Peningkatan tersebut turut membantu penyediaan pasokan semen bagi pembangunan di Indonesia yang semula merupakan negara importir semen, berubah menjadi Negara yang mampu mengekspor semen.
PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa didirikan untuk melebur keenam perusahaan tersebut dan mengelola serta mengoperasikan kedelapan pabriknya dalam satu manajemen yang terpadu. Akta pendirian Indocement kemudian mengalami perubahan dengan akta notaris No. 81 dibuat di hadapan Benny Kristianto, S.H., Notaris Publik di Jakarta yang disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No. C2-3641HT.01.04.Th.85 tanggal 15 Juni 1985 dan menetapkan bahwa semua saham ekuitas yang dimiliki keenam perusahaan berbeda tersebut telah diakuisisi oleh Indocement melalui penerbitan sahamnya sendiri.

1. Computer Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Perform operation, regular check, follow up maintenance, cleanliness, and documentation of DC facilities for Indocement and subsidiaries
  • Register and manage inventory of computer supplies, backup media, and computer equipment in Head Office Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center
  • Coordinate with vendor to install and configure Data Center facilities (AC, UPS, sensors, fire suppression, door access, electrical panel, CCTV)

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Have Knowledge in electrical panel, basic TCP/IP
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa

2. Programmer

Responsibilities

  • Write programs as designed by system analyst and ensure the code quality.
  • Work closely with system analyst and assists analysts in implementing systems.
  • Prepare documentation and user’s guide.
  • Collaborate with other programmers to discuss the challenge, update coding skills, and ensure the coded programs adhere to company standard.
  • Ensure that the project can be finished on time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Having experience in web application programming using VB.NET / ASP.NET / Android Studio/ HTML 5 / ASP.NET Web API.
  • Having experience in developing mobile application using Android Studio / Ionic Angular.
  • Having knowledge to build workflow application using Nintex-K2 or Lotus Notes.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline & target, has attention to details and strong initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Willing to work onsite (WFO).

3. Senior Auditor

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, implementing & reporting audit tasks for the finance & accounting function within the company & related business units. This includes ensuring compliance with job descriptions, internal auditing responsibilities, auditing standards & the code of ethics.
  • Design and execute audit plans, conduct audits and prepare reports that provide clear insights and recommend objective assurance and advisory designed to add value and improve an organization’s.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes
  • Ensure the independence and integrity of the audit process, findings, opinions and recommendations by maintain objectivity and impartiality throughout the audit, and supported by evidence and are accurate, reliable, and relevant to the audit objectives.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the audit are conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, free from any external influences or conflicts of interest.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of company data, information, policies, manuals, SOPs, transactions, records & reports.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Having minimum of 5 years of experience in related industry
  • Experience in auditing and/or Risk Management Assessment would be preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Result Oriented, Accountable, Teamwork, High Integrity & Pro Active
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be placed in Citeureup (Bogor) Office

4. Legal Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing, review, and assurance of all company permits in accordance with the relevant regulations and in a timely manner. (Such as permits, contracts, certifications, etc.);
  • Provide legal opinions regarding company operations and decision making;
  • Provide legal consultation to management and related departments to support the Company’s strategic decisions;
  • Representing management in meetings with government entities or other parties regarding legal aspects or other matters
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, and advising the business accordingly
  • Coordinate with government/institution related to legal matters;
  • Ensure the company’s license and legality are updated and according to current regulations;
  • Maintain and manage company documents and records (legal).

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a legal and/or Public Relation Officer/ Government & External Relation Officer
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking skills and good knowledge of laws and regulations;
  • Good ability in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hard worker, self-discipline, and able to work individual and/or in a team;
  • Having an advocate license or other relevant certification will be an advantage.
