PT. Sinoma Engineering Indonesia dan PT Sinoma Development Indonesia [selanjutnya disebut sebagai “PT. Sinoma” untuk singkatnya] yang berlokasi di Jakarta merupakan cabang Indonesia dari Sinoma International Engineering Co.,Ltd, memiliki kualifikasi Kelas 7, dan bisnis utamanya meliputi pabrik semen, pembangkit listrik, properti dan sebagainya. Hingga saat ini, PT. Sinoma telah mengontrak 12 proyek semen dan 9 proyek pembangkit listrik di Indonesia, dan 11 proyek semen telah selesai dan mencapai 100% kapasitas desain.

1. Senior Human Resources Staff

Job Description:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
• Understand basic payroll calculations
• Process employee medical claims
• Handle employee hiring and termination processes
• Manage administration for leave, permissions, and others
• Prepare permanent/contract employee agreements, employee evaluations, and processes for rotation/mutation/promotion
• Organize and provide training for all employees
• Report PPh 21 tax
• Handle BPJS Health and Employment reporting

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
• Fluent in English (basic communication in Mandarin is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in HRD (Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations)
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Disciplined, communicative, loyal, and responsible

2. Engineer Vice Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and organize construction engineering projects
• Prepare construction organization documents such as construction plans, material requirement plans, management plans, and construction/design organization programs

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
• Fluent in English (basic communication in Mandarin is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in construction fields, including all types of construction drawings (structural, installation, and process drawings)
• Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, and other common software used in engineering and construction fields
• Disciplined, communicative, hard-working, leadership skills, loyal, and responsible
• Able to work from office, adapt to long-term travel, and work abroad
