1. Creative
Job Description :
- Write some story based on information on assigned topics to report the accurate and timely article.
- Arrange interviews with the sources in a bid to gather information for article items and you will contribute pictures, video and text updates to mobile platforms consistently throughout the day.
- Research relevant entertainment-related topics by combining online sources and the information you get in interviews
- Implement the best SEO practices to ensure that our content reaches a wide audience.
- Rewrite and update old content as necessary.
- Upload and post content to our website and social media.
Requirements :
- Candidate at least possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Journalism, or other related studies.
- At least has 1 year experience as a Writer, Reporter, or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with deadlines.
- Extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Social media savvy.
2. Producer
Job Description :
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine project concepts, ensuring they align with our artistic vision and objectives.
- Work closely with writers to develop and polish scripts, providing creative input and feedback to enhance the story, dialogue, and character development.
- Collaborate with team to establish the visual style and aesthetic of the project.
- Contribute ideas for set design, costumes, lighting, and overall visual presentation to create a visually compelling experience.
- Collaborate with the production team to establish and manage the creative budget.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as Producer, or in a similar creative role for 2 years.
- Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and narrative concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of the production process, including script development, casting, and post-production.
- Creative and innovative to be able to direct TV programs
3. Master Control Room
Job Description :
- Monitor and control various systems, equipment, and processes within the control room.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of control room systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Checking and ensuring the readiness of the material to be broadcast.
- Running on air operations and ensuring on air runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with relevant department regarding to the changes that occur to the playlist that will be broadcast.
Requirements :
- Candidate at least possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Broadcasting/Communication or other related field.
- At least has 1 year experience as a Master Control Room Officer in Media, Broadcasting industries.
- Has a basic knowledge of computer, telecommunication, and electronics.
- Has good knowledge of audio and video signal processing would be value added.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with deadlines.
- Able to communicate with English.

4. Editor
Job Description :
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
Requirements :
- Candidate at least possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Cinematography or related field.
- At least has 1 year proven experience as a Video Editor in Media, Digital Media industries.
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages such as Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut.
- Has good knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with deadlines.
- Has a creative mind and story telling skills.
