1. Internal Audit

Job Description

• Create structured audit plans specifying objectives, scope, and methodologies for examination of internal controls
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational, financial, and accounting functions
• Prepare clear audit reports. Gather and compile evidence through data analysis, interviews, and document reviews
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate audit objectives, findings, and recommendations
• Track the implementation of audit recommendations and management’s corrective actions
• Continuously stay informed on regulatory updates and industry best practices

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years experience in internal/external audit or risk management
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Fluent in English is a plus
• High attention to detail is crucial, along with solid skills in analysis, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.

2. Tax Associate

Job Description:

• Prepare and submit monthly Corporate Tax Reports
• Prepare and submit VAT reports reports using e-Faktur and related systems
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of PPh (Withholding Tax) & VAT reports to ensure accuracy and compliance to relevant regulations
• Calculate and prepare VAT documents received from vendors (e-Faktur and related systems)
• Prepare annual Corporate Tax Reports and assist in drafting Fiscal Financial Reports

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in taxation or accounting
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Taxation (Perpajakan), Fiscal Policy Administration, Accounting
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Ability to use accounting and compliance tools
• Possessing Brevet A/B certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulation and reporting requirements
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), high attention to detail, time management, good documentation ability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment

3. Treasury Associate

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow planning and payments activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) Payment and discounting processes
• Manage bank guarantees (BG), bank facilities, and supplier financing
• Conduct treasury reporting activities, including foreign exchange (forex), umbrella facilities, vendor financing, and support continuous improvement projects
• Perform payment processing and related documentation
• Manage operational fund disbursement activities
• Monitor and analyze cashier activities and administration

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, or management
• Minimum GPA of 3.25
• Strong knowledge of economic, accounting practices, banking, and financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with internet/mobile banking and SAP is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to work both independently or in a team environment

4. Corporate Legal Associate

Job Description:

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.).
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
• 3 to 5 years of legal experience(s) (law-firm experiences are welcome)
• Agile, fast-learner, collaborative mindset and attitudes with a strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong values especially in teamwork, integrity, professionalism and service excellence
• Fluent in English
• Preferred qualifications if you have knowledge on capital market, merger and acquisition, and corporate action (especially on capital market)

5. Business Consultant – Mandarin Speaker

Job Description:

• Promote United Tractors products especially heavy equipment.
• Provide solutions through product offerings for business problems experienced by the company.
• Assist in fulfilling the administrative needs of customers.
• Stay updated on market dynamics to identify opportunities for selling company products.
• Conduct sales mapping to facilitate new market opportunities.
• Maintain the company’s reputation by consistently providing up-to-date information about products.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
• Capable of speaking Mandarin, HSK certification will be considered a plus point.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Strong passion in sales, customer relationship, and market research.
