1. Business Manager dan Regional Business Manager

The Regional Business Manager/Business Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving business growth across multiple locations within the assigned Cabang/Region. This role involves setting and executing strategies to meet sales targets, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regional sales management, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and address potential challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other partners.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on regional business activities to senior management.

Qualification :

  • Experience at Manager Level (Minimum 2 years)
  • Strong sales/ops skills and a proven track record in FMGC Company
  • Strong data analytic
  • Previous background in FMGC (Minimum 5 years)

2. Regional Operation Manager

The Regional Operational Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of all business units within the region. The role includes managing logistics, warehousing, distribution, and ensuring that all operations adhere to quality standards and cost-efficiency goals.
