1. Foreign Exchange Specialist – Jakarta Office
Analyze the Foreign Exchange market movement to provide update on the future trend and propose the plan for hedging strategy using the proper tools; calculate and simulate the mark-to-market financial of the hedging plan, including the cash position in different currency and other than plain-vanilla savings product, to ensure that necessary action to minimize the loss are identified and taken promptly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Finance/Banking/Statistics.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the Treasury Banking, Trading Export/lmport or mining/energy-related field is highly preferred.
- Preferably have experience in Foreign Exchange Technical Analysis and Data Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
2. Sales – Jakarta Office
Responsible for domestic sales, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development. Tasks include government-related assignments, identify and pursue prospect customer, coal tender preparation, data management, coordination with departments, contract preparation & review, and market intelligence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree any major.
- At least have 3 years experience in related field on Coal Sales/Mining background.
- Good knowledge and have shipping and supply chain Course Certification is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Preferably can speak Mandarin fluently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
3. IT Network & Security – Jakarta Office
Design and executing realistic attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications. Collaborate with defensive teams, share findings, and enhance overall security posture through joint exercises. Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for strengthening security.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on red teaming, penetration testing, and security research.
- Highly skilled Red Team Security Engineer with strong background in penetration testing, proficiency with Kali Linux, and expertise in social engineering techniques.
- Knowledgeable about social engineering techniques, including phishing and pretexting, to engage effectively and raise security awareness regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to write and understand scripts in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate tasks and develop custom tools
- Proficiency in using penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and a strong understanding of network protocols and operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
4. Strategic Planning Analyst – Jakarta Office
Assist in developing company strategies by designing and implementing approaches, conducting research on strategic topics, performing strategy analysis and reporting, aligning resources with goals, and supporting strategic initiative execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree Economics/ Finance/ Management or related major.
- More than 5 years’ experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation pack.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point (Data Analysis Consolidation and Reporting).

5. Legal Counsel – Jakarta Office
The responsibilities include executing commercial transactions, drafting, reviewing, and summarizing legal documents, as well as analyzing business processes to propose effective solutions. Additionally, it involves assessing statutes and regulations, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing legal training to internal teams. Staying updated on legal developments is crucial, alongside managing and monitoring the company’s intellectual property policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the related position.
- Candidates having both prior in-house, preferably in the mining or energy sector company and tier 1 law firm experience will be preferred.
- Knowledgeable with business research, business process mapping and analysis.
- Candidates must have the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritize quickly to address shifting business needs.
- Had the exposure of having undertaken legal due diligence review of mining companies, in particular, is a plus.

6. Executive Secretary – Jakarta Office
The responsibilities include supporting executives in managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office. Coordinate meetings, create agendas, record minutes, and arrange follow-ups. Document management, report preparation, budget management, and corporate event planning. As a liaison between executives and stakeholders, maintain confidentiality of information and support decision-making with relevant research and data.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Secretary/ Management, or a related field is often preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, especially supporting senior executives or management.
- Have certification in secretarial or administrative skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English.
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization and with external stakeholders, have experience in supporting projects or coordinating activities across teams and departments is a plus.

The responsibilities include exploring mineral business opportunities through data analysis, identifying and evaluating potential mineral deposits, and leading a team to conduct high-level studies in collaboration with corporate strategic teams. It also includes managing the due diligence process efficiently and monitoring industry trends to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining/ Geology/ Business or a related field is often preferred.
- More than 7 years of experience in development Nickel or Bauxite or Gold project with strong knowledge for Mineral commodity market and movement.
- Preferably having knowledge on Geology & Mining, Engineering Economic, Financial Background, Indonesia Business Environment, and Coal & Mineral Business in Indonesia.
- Familiar with Project Management.

8. LT & MT Planning (Water Resources) – Balikpapan Office
Planning, designing, and managing water-related projects such as weather and rainfall prediction, de-watering systems, wastewater treatment facilities, flood control, and irrigation systems. Ensure efficient and sustainable use of water resources while mitigating environmental impacts.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering or Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources.
- More than 3 years’ experience in the Water Management or in a similar role.
- Preferably have knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for spatial analysis and data management.
- Familiarity with hydrological modeling techniques and watershed analysis.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software.
- Understanding of water quality parameters and treatment processes.
- Understanding of government regulations related with water resources.

9. Digital Coach – Jakarta Office
Ensures digital project teams have the right capabilities for implementation, drives adoption of new technologies, oversees project delivery and value capture, and develops use cases in areas like technology, mining, and procurement. It also involves translating business needs into digital strategies, managing project execution, and providing on-site coaching as a Digital Academy coordinator and DCC trainer.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) from any major.
- More than 4 years of experience in change management capability building or project management.
- Experience in digital transformation, agile, and/or digital tools is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and is open and willing to continuously learn.

Develops and implements advanced models to drive analytical solutions, collaborates with teams to deliver insights, and supports new business development. It also oversees solution maintenance and conducts training and workshops in data analytics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor, Master, Ph.D with major in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT , Economics, or Physics.
- At least have 2 years’ experiences in mining industry, information technology, business analytics, statistical and/or data science/business intelligence and programming.
- Good knowledge of coal mining operations, financial analysis and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Agile Practitioner (Product Owner & Scrum Master) and Data Science Professional Certification (e.g. Tableau Data Scientist, HarvardX’s Data Science Professional Certificate).
