PT GS Battery merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen aki di di indonesia, berdiri pada tahun 1972 dan merupakan produsen aki pertama di Indonesia dengan lisensi dari Japan Storage Battery Co. Ltd., produsen aki pertama di Jepang. Merek aki yang diproduksi adalah GS Astra. Asal nama GS adalah dari pendiri perusahaan Japan Storage Battery Co. Ltd., yang bernama Genzo Shimadzu. Beliau adalah orang pertama yang mengadakan riset tentang pembuatan aki di Jepang. Dan juga sebagai penemu proses produksi bubuk timah hitam, yang merupakan bahan baku aki.

1. Dojo & Pelatihan Officer

Job Description :

• Analysis: Conduct a training needs analysis and create an annual dojo program schedule.
• Dojo Management: Collaborate with all manufacturing areas to establish on-site dojos and develop the shopfloor.
• On-site Dojo: Review dojo programs, including materials, teaching media, trainers, and evaluations.
• Development: Review, update, and improve dojo materials and simulators.

Qualification :

• Male
• Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management
• 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.
• Min GPA 3.00
• Good analytical thinking, good teamwork, problem-solving skills

2. Quality Control Officer

Job Description :

• Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Evaluate, review, and find a way to improve the standard of procedure (SOP) regularly.

Qualification :

• Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.
• Min GPA 3.00
• Good analytical thinking, good teamwork, problem-solving skills

3. Quality Engineering Officer

Job Description :

• Conduct in-depth investigations of product damage to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
• Develop and implement effective and efficient inspection methods to ensure product quality
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Implement corrective actions to address product quality issues

Qualification :

• Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.
• Min GPA 3.00
• Good analytical thinking, good teamwork, problem-solving skills

4. Quality Staff

Job Description :

5. Safety and Health Staff

Job Description :

• Conducting the PDCA cycle in the area of Safety and Health
• Reporting to external parties regarding Occupational Health and Safety.

Qualifications :

• Male
• Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, & Enviromental Engineering from a reputable University
• Fresh Graduate or have a maximum of 2 years work experience
• Min GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)

6. Cost Planning Control

Job Description :

• Calculate and analyze actual cost GPM per product.
• Conduct detailed costing analysis to identify cost drivers and opportunities for optimization.
