Job Description :
- Analysis: Conduct a training needs analysis and create an annual dojo program schedule.
- Dojo Management: Collaborate with all manufacturing areas to establish on-site dojos and develop the shopfloor.
- On-site Dojo: Review dojo programs, including materials, teaching media, trainers, and evaluations.
- Development: Review, update, and improve dojo materials and simulators.
Qualification :

- Min Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management
- 0-2 years of experience or will graduate in 2024.

2. Quality Control Officer
Job Description :
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
