Tereos FKS Indonesia merupakan pelopor industri pengolahan jagung terpadu di Indonesia. Untuk menjawab tingginya permintaan pasar atas pati jagung dan pemanis di Asia Tenggara, terciptalah joint venture antar Tereos Group dan FKS Group pada tahun 2014. Selama proses ini, total tambahan modal investasi sebesar 100 juta USD telah dilakukan oleh kedua perusahaan ini di tahun 2017.

Berlokasi di pelabuhan Cigading—pelabuhan niaga di bagian barat Pulau Jawa—kami memiliki fasilitas yang terintegrasi untuk memproduksi beragam produk turunan pati jagung. Saat ini, total kapasitas kami mencapai 1.300 ton jagung setiap harinya dan akan terus meningkat kedepannya.

Kami memproses pipil jagung ke dalam rangkaian produk berkualitas untuk bahan baku di berbagai sektor, seperti makanan & minuman, pakan hewan, tekstil, perekat, kertas, serta sektor lainnya. Lewat produk yang dihasilkan serta lapangan pekerjaan yang kami ciptakan, Tereos FKS Indonesia juga turut berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan industri lokal. Kini, Tereos FKS Indonesia telah menciptakan 500 lapangan pekerjaan dengan 99% di antaranya diisi oleh SDM lokal.

Techincal Management Trainee Program

Tereos FKS Indonesia is looking for exceptional graduates to join our Technical Management Trainee Program, which is designed to kick-start your career in various business areas. Over an immersive 12-month journey, you will undergo a dynamic training experience that cultivates high-performing, adaptable talents with a growth mindset, preparing you to become the future leaders of Tereos FKS Indonesia.

During the program, trainees will acquire specialized technical skills in corn wet milling, sweetener production, utility and maintenance. Our aim is to develop a talent pool of potential leaders who are adept at managing projects, understand technical matters, and have a clear career path for growth within the company.

1. ONBOARDING

• Comprehensive in-house training to understand Tereos FKS Indonesia, including our principles, values, and business ethics.

2. IMMERSION

• All assigned candidates will be rotated every 3 months depending on the division you are assigned to.

3. PLACEMENT

• Placement in the selected area of assignment.

Who & What are we looking for?

• Bachelor of degree in engineering: Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer. (GPA Min 3.20)
• Fresh graduate or max of 2 years of full-time work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Growth mindset, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to rapid business changes.
• Strong business acumen and willingness to learn continuously.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to relocate to Cilegon.
