Responsibility :

  • Conduct field surveys and gather accurate data for engineering and construction projects.
  • Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and levels.
  • Prepare and present survey reports, maps, and drawings to the engineering team.

Qualification :

Responsibility :

  • Versee the maintenance, repair, and operations of all on-site facilities, including administrative offices, housing, workshops, and recreational areas
  • Oversee the efficient use of energy, water, and other resources within the managed facilities to optimize operational costs.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for services such as repairs, cleaning, and inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for building maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring cost-effective use of funds, upervise facility management teams and ensure adequate training to uphold operational and safety standards.

Qualification :

  • High school and Vocational High School

Job Description :

Operator Compactor bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat compactor dalam proses pemadatan tanah atau material sesuai dengan standar proyek. Posisi ini memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan dengan aman, efisien, dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang ditentukan.

Responsibility :

  • Mengoperasikan alat berat compactor untuk pemadatan tanah atau material secara efektif.
  • Memastikan alat berat dalam kondisi baik dengan melakukan pemeriksaan harian sebelum dan setelah digunakan.
  • Melaporkan kerusakan atau masalah teknis pada alat berat kepada tim perawatan.
  • Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja dan standar operasional selama bertugas.
  • Membantu tim di lapangan untuk memastikan kelancaran aktivitas proyek.

Qualification :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Operator Compactor di proyek konstruksi atau pertambangan.
  • Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan atau izin operator alat berat yang masih berlaku.
  • Menguasai teknik pengoperasian dan perawatan dasar alat berat compactor.
  • Mampu bekerja secara tim dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang keselamatan kerja.
