Lowongan Kerja PT Deli Group Indonesia

1. Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:
As an HR Officer, you will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment for across department, handle day-to-day HR operation activities, and support in procurement activities along with GA team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/related field
• Has proven end-to-end experience as a Recruiter for a variety of roles for at least 1-2 year (previous experience in headhunting company is preferred)
• Has experience in GA is a plus
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across department
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with Ms. Office and other office software
• Placement in The Prime Office Suite, North Jakarta.

2. AR Audit Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Perform accounts receivable management to ensure timely payments.
• Analyze accounts receivables to identify trends and potential risks.
• Prepare detailed accounts receivable audit reports for internal and external use.
• Conduct customer visits to perform checks, invoice exchanges, and receivable confirmations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• Has 1 year of working experience in auditing, especially Accounts Receivable (AR) audit
• Working experience in retail/consulting/Chinese industry is preferred
• Possess a strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Ms. Office
• Experienced in SAP system
• Willing to work 60% Mobile and 40% WFO
