1. Assistant Manager Electrical
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects and strategic plan programs to ensure electrical process are reliable and effective.
- Identify and improve process and competency gaps within internal teams.
- Transform and develop electrical organization into high performing team and challenge the status quo.
- Review and evaluate current of Maintenance Management System and come up with new ideas as well improvement.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission, vision, and Corporate Culture.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in similar position.
- Have a strong leadership spirit, resilient, able to work together in a team, able to solve problems, think analytically, and be able to make decisions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Understand and master the fields of PLC, Utility & Electrical.
- Experience in textile operations is preferred.
2. Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Execute all aspects and strategic plans for maintenance programs to ensure machines are reliable and effective.
- Identify and rectify process and competency gaps within internal teams to ensure operational stability in production and quality.
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Improve and monitor performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission – vision and Corporate Culture.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Proficient in textile product manufacturing management, quality management, & MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, & human resource management skills.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in similar position.
3. QC Spv.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring operational quality is reliable and effective.
- Identify and improve process and competency gaps within internal teams to guarantee quality standards are met.
- Ensure a quality control and assurance organization into a high-performing team and challenge the status quo.
- Ensure a quality management system and come up with new ideas as well as improvements.
- Ensuring target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Ensuring the product delivered meets the customer’s needs by monitoring and evaluating the production process and machine performance in accordance with the quality plan.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve company KPIs, objectives, mission, vision and Corporate Culture.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Proficient in textile product manufacturing management, quality management, & MS Office.

4. Electrical Spv.
Responsibilities
- Handle fields of PLC, Utility & Electrical.
- Able to solve problem (trouble shooting) in electrical system (inverter, PLC, Servo, etc)
- Handle electrical program for special purpose machine.
- Able to use electrical tools and perform electrical inspection.
- Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission, vision and Corporate Culture.
Requirement
- Minimum education is S1 Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Work experience of at least 3 years in the same position.
- Have a strong leadership spirit, resilient, able to work together in a team, able to solve problems, think analytically, and be able to make decisions.
- Understand and master the fields of PLC, Utility & Electrical.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in textile operations is preferred.
5. Production Spv.
Responsibilities
- Make a production plan including the use of machines, raw materials, production support materials, and human resources.
- Supervise all production activities to ensure they comply with standard operational procedures.
- Ensure production results are in accordance with predetermined production targets.
- Analyze and evaluate all production activities and results.
- Make reports on production results, production quality, problems, and corrective actions taken.
Requirement
- Min. D-IV in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Min. 2 years as a Production Leader in a textile company (preferably in Spinning)
- Proficient in textile product manufacturing management, quality management, & MS Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, & human resource management skills.
6. HR – IT
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and ensure all aspects of the HRIS system and company website.
- Manage employee databases.
- Assist in maintaining technical infrastructure.
- Handling employee queries, troubleshooting on company devices, and diagnosing IT issues
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management, Information Systems or similar fields.
- Experienced as web / software developer will be a plus.
- Understand HRIS system & manage employee database.
- Strong Knowledge of programming is a must.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, servers, vmware,and etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically when addressing technical issues
7. Admin Accounting
Requirement
- Female, 20-40 years old.
- Chinese more prefered.
- Minimum education: D3-S1 in Economics, Accounting, Business, or Office Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, Interested in administrative tasks, data processing, and filing.
- Good data analysis skills, adaptable, creative, and eager to learn new things.
8. Purchasing (Mechanical Design)
Responsibilities
- Make a fabrication and ensuring to handle all of the vendor.
- Carry out maintenance on electrical installation parts on production machines to avoid fatal problems.
- Carry out repairs to electrical installations (improve or make quality improvements).
- Register and prepare electrical installation parts for production machines.
Requirement
- Minimum education: D3-S1 in Mekatronika, .
- Understand and master the fields of PLC, Utility, Maintenance & Electrical.
- Fresh Graduated are Welcome.
9. Mechanical/Electrical Tech
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged production machines with electrical installations.
- Carry out maintenance on installation electrical parts on production machines to avoid fatal problems.
- Carrying out repairs to electrical installations (improving or making quality improvements)
- Register and prepare electrical installation parts on production machines.
- Maintain the condition of the installation’s electrical system.
- Help with all problems related to electrical installations.
Requirement
- Male, Max 35 years old.
- Min. D3 or Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in similar position.
