1. Human Capital Superintendent

Responsible for overseeing talent management, recruitment, organizational design, Job evaluation. grading, training planning, talent pools, succession p nning, HClS implementation, developer coordination, and administrative functions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (University) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Have strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
• Min. 3 (three) years of experiences as Supervisor / Jr. Manager
• Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
• Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry is a plus

2. Sr. Account Manager

Manage an Account Manager/Account Executive team to ensure prompt delivery of service to responsible clients, aiming achieve set financial ojectives and operational performane indicators. Sr. Account Manager responsibility also includes building and maintaining long-term client relationships, maximizing account value, and leading strategi initiatives to meet client needs and exceed expectation. Specifically handles multipe accounts in Mining,Oil & Gas industry.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (University) in Communication, Marketing, or Business Management
• Min. 8 years experience as Account Manager from Sistem Integrator or Principal
• Strong market and technical knowledge
• Strong leadership and excellent people skills
• Customer-oriented and dedicated to serve
• Passionate, easy-going and able to adapt quickly
• Proven outstanding customer handling skills and new business development capability
• Effective writing skills & presentation skill
• Having advanced knowledge of English or proficiency in professional conversation is a plus.

3. Account Executive

Executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationship, and driving revenue growth through effective client management and service delivery.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (IJniVersity) in Communicatiotf, Marketing, or Business Management
• 2 – 3 years Experience (Marketing/Account Manager/Sales) or System Integrator related industry experience desired
• Country market place, environment and culture knowledge
• Strong knowledge experience in Telco Industries and Infrastructure Product
• Strong knowledge experience in Omni Channel Product or related
• Strong leadership and excellent people skills
• Customer-oriented and dedicated to serve
• Passionate, easy-going, adapt quickly, and cheerful personality
• Proven outstanding client servicing skills and new business development capability
• Effective writing skills & presentation skill
• Having basic knowledge of English or proficiency in professional conversation is a plus

4. Procurement Staff

Manages biddingarpd negotiations, reports on-purchase orders and payments, operatésthe PO system.in ERP, and ensures accurate documentation. procurement and financial tracking for project success.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (University) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in supply chain management or procurement.
• Strong biding, negotiation, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined.

5. Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Oversees warehouse operations, ensures inventory accuracy, and conducts stock checks, Coordinatesdelivery schedules with vendors, updates ERP da a, and negotiates with forwarders for better pricing. Ensures efficient logistics and inventory management to support the supply chain.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (University) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a background in supply chain management or procurement.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations; prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, honesty, and discipline.
• Flexible working hours and ability to commute as required.

6. Full Stack Developer

Designs and develop? responsive web applications using AngularJS and backend technologies, including translating UI/UX designs, creating RESTful APIs, and ensuring code quality while collaborating with design and QA teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (University) in Information Systems, Information Technology Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or ERP Developer, preferably with a background in IT or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AngularJS frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and modules, including customization and integration.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Indonesian.

7. IoT Engineer

The Embedded Systems Engineer designs and programs embedded systems and IoT solutions, including electronic components and sensors. Include involves conducting acceptance tests, providing technical support, managing and troubleshooting networks, and overseeing cost optimization and budget management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (University) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2 to 3 years in IoT or microcontroller roles, with a background in IT or telecommunications..
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration and teamworking skills.
• Proficiency in English and/or Indonesian.
