Lowongan Kerja PT Adaro Logistics (Adaro Group)

1. Port Foreman

Responsible for ship operational activities, including supervising cargo handling, coordinating vessel traffic, and ensuring safety and security during barge-to-barge coal transfer activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Port and Shipping Management or Nautical Studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related position in the shipping industry or other similar industries.
  • Good understanding of port loading management.
  • Familiarity with shipping documents.
  • Experience in implementing workplace safety standards.
  • Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

2. Radio Operator Staff

Conduct communication activities via radio and record information to be distributed to internal and external parties involved in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities. Ensure smooth and safe operational port activities, particularly in the aspects of port management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Nautical Studies, with a mandatory ORU Certificate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or a related position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Understanding of radar and radio operations in port environments.
  • Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

3. Maintenance Technician

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and implementing maintenance activities at the port.
Perform asset management functions at the port, including the maintenance of buildings, cranes, electricity, pumps, and other.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3), preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in port maintenance or related roles in the coal industry or other similar industries.
  • Possession of Basic Life Support and Basic Firefighter certifications.
  • Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

4. Crane & Loader Operator

Operate cranes and loaders safely while avoiding equipment damage. Capable of handling various types of cargo to ensure safe lifting and transfer operations in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMA) equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operating cranes and loaders.
  • Understanding of safety standards for equipment operation
  • Possession of a valid SIO Crane and SIO Loader certificate.
  • Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.
