PT Amerta Indah Otsuka adalah produsen produk kesehatan, seperti Pocari Sweat, SOYJOY, air ion, Oronamin C, dan Fiber Mini. Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tahun 1997 dan merupakan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jepang.

Di awal berdirinya pada tahun 1997, Otsuka merupakan perusahaan afiliasi dari Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd Jepang yang memulai perjalanannya di Indonesia dengan nama PT Kapal Indah Otsuka. Perusahaan ini terbentuk dari hasil investasi bersama antara Otsuka Pharmaceutical Jepang dan PT Kapal Api dengan Pocari Sweat sebagai produk pertamanya. Kemudian di tahun 1999, PT Kapal Indah Otsuka merubah namanya menjadi PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. PT Amerta Indah Otsuka adalah bagian dari Otsuka Parmaceutical Co., Ltd Jepang dengan produk terkemuka seperti Pocari Sweat, SOYJOY, ION WATER, dan Oronamin C. 1. Otsuka Youngstar – Brand Communication

Otsuka Young Star is an apprenticeship program within the Marketing Department to inform product benefit of POCARI SWEAT & ION WATER brand to the public. Brand Communication will be responsible to hold various event and meet various people with different backgrounds on across different channel such as Sports, Medicals, Youths, Moms, etc

Recruitment Roadshow will be held in Bandung – Yogayakarta – Surabaya – Jakarta.

Requirements :

• Final year students, or fresh graduated from all major
• Willing to be place outside domicile / national wide
• Having communication skill, presentation skill, analytical / critical thinking, creativity, information seeking is a must
• Able to drive manual car and have SIM A
• Digital savy.

2. Sales Development Program

Sales Development Program is a succession plan program designated to find distinguished potential Head of Area and Key Account. Through a series of training and development, our program allows you to achieve a faster career path in Sales Department at Otsuka with placement all over Indonesia.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles
• Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required
• Ability to drive a manual car and possession of a valid A driver’s license is preferred
• Willingness to be placed anywhere across Indonesia

3. Logistic – Store Staff

Job Requirement

• Min. Diploma (D3) degree in Logistic Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management
• At least internship experience on relevant position (manufacture/retail company are highly preferred)
• Firm understanding of inventory system
• Detail-oriented person with good communication skill
• Willing to be placed at Sukabumi Factory

Job Description

• Good Receipt/Receipt of every incoming goods
• Conducting checks between actual goods and system data
• Conducting periodic checks on spare parts, supplies & chemicals to ensure there are no expired goods
• Conducting Stock Opname quarterly with related departments
• Implementing a technology-based inventory system
• Conducting analysis of Fast moving, Slow Moving & Non Moving spare parts
