Aneka Mitra Gemilang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Wings Group, perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri produk pembalut, popok bayi dan Alat Kesehatan (Sanitary Napkin). Aneka Mitra Gemilang atau biasa dikenal dengan PT AMG belokasi di Bekasi, Hasil dari produksi PT AMG salah satunya adalah merk baby Happy dan Protex yang sudah beredar dipasaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen.

Wings Group merupakan perusahaan penghasil produk-produk rumah tangga dan pemeliharaan kesehatan diri yang bermarkas di Surabaya, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada 21 September 1948 dengan nama Fa Wings. Pada tahun 1991, ia berganti nama menjadi Wings Surya.

1. Line Leader

Job Description:

• Responsible for the performance of production machines, product quality, workplace safety, production output, and OEE from the production process to the finished diaper product.
• Analyze and identify issues in the production machines, perform machine repairs, and carry out autonomous maintenance.
• Responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of operators and packers on each machine.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must own at least a Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have a good analytical, communication, leadership & problem solving skill
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

2. Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for analyzing issues and implementing continuous improvement to address workplace safety concerns, improve quality, and ensure smooth production operations.
• Supervise the execution of Autonomous Maintenance repairs, machine modifications (overhaul), new product development trials, and variant/size changes (changeover) on each machine.
• Monitor servo setting parameters and standardize settings implemented across all shifts.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must own at least a Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering major
• Preferably have 2 years experience in same field
• Strong knowledge in servo setting, autonomous maintenance, and machine troubleshooting
• Have a good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

3. Production Costing Supervisor

Job Description:

• Conduct the monthly routine costing process and cost adjustments for both new and existing products.
• Monitor the margin of each product and provide recommendations for process improvements to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Prepare production cost reports along with supporting documents.
• Calculate the allocation value of production support costs and allocate them to the production costs of each product

Qualifications:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Management major
• Have a minimum 2-3 years of working experience in same field or Cost Control area
• Good communication, leadership & team work skills
• Have a strong analytical and costing
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta

4. Production Admin Officer

Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of production operational data.
• Responsible for inspecting and verifying the accuracy of production reports and making corrections in case of deviations or errors in production administrative records.
• Responsible for implementing continuous improvement in the production administration system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering major
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably have experience in same field
• Excellent in data and analytical
• Have a good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
