Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa. Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatra beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

1. Management Trainee General
The Management Trainee (MT) program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience at Susi Air. Trainees will undergo real-world projects to enhance their skills and industry knowledge. This program aims to prepare individuals for key roles within the company by fostering innovation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from a notable university with a minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills

2. Management Trainee Legal
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
- Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
- Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
- Any other assignment needed by the company
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
- Minimum 1 Year work experience
- Good skill i making and analyzing company contracts
- Able to handle company documents and permits
- Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
- be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

3. Flight Operations Officer (FOO)
Responsibility:
- Flight planning, including flight route, fuel, applicable regulations and flight permits, etc.
- Supervision of weather and flying conditions, including weather monitoring and updating information.
- Communication and coordination with the Pilot and collaborating with Air Traffic Control (ATC).
- Monitoring flights, such as during real-time monitoring and being alert to handle emergency situations.
Requirement:
- Educational background majoring in aviation, aeronautical engineering or relatable.
- Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license.
- Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understand flight regulations and procedures.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Finance Officer
Responsibilities :
- Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
- Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration.
- Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

5. Archive Keeper (Finance Documents)
The Archive Keeper position is located in the Finance Department and reports to the Finance Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for organizing, storing, and maintaining financial documents to ensure accessibility and compliance with record-keeping standards.
Responsibilities
- Within delegated authority, the Archive Keeper will be responsible for the following duties:
- Organize and maintain financial documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure proper filing, labeling, and categorization of records for easy retrieval.
- Monitor document retention and dispose of outdated records as per company policy.
- Assist in scanning, copying, and archiving financial paperwork.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with document security policies.
- Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to support document requests.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Competencies
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in document management and record-keeping.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and maintain structured archives efficiently.

6. Data Entry
The Data Entry Officer position is located in the Data Analyst Department and reports to the Data Analyst Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
Within delegated authority, the Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records as required.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting relevant data for analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Perform other related duties as required.
