PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air)

Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran,Jawa Barat , Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.

Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatra beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

1. MT Human Resource

Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
  • Performance management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
  • Policy development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Employee relations: Managing employee relations issue, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulation is a plus
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if need)

2. MT Legal

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the company

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
  • Minimum 1 Year work experience
  • Good skill i making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

3. Operation Control Center (OCC)

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
  • Have an Aviation educational background
  • Must posses active FOO License
  • Must Have attended airline operations courses
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent verbal English and written English
  • Great communication skills
  • Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
  • Worked well under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
  • Have knowledge of flight operations

4. Flight Operations Officer (FOO)

Responsibilities:

  • Flight planning, including flight route, fuel, applicable regulations and flight permits, etc
  • Supervision of weat her and flying conditions, including weather monitoring and updating information
  • Communication and coordination with the Pilot and collaborating with Air Traffic Control (ATC)
  • Monitoring flights, such as during real-time monitoring and being alert to handle emergency situations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Aviation, Aeronautical engineering or relatable with GPA minimum 3,5 from notable university
  • Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license.
  • Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value.

5. Perintis Officer

Susi Air is committed to supporting remote communities in Indonesia through its pioneering (“Perintis”) operations. The Perintis Officer will play a vital role in ensuring efficient support for the administration, coordination, and logistics of operations in underserved areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Perintis Supervisor, the Perintis Officer will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Perintis flight missions
  • Coordinate with ground staff and relevant departments for smooth operational flow
  • Manage spreadsheets and databases to record activities and generate reports
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Adapt to dynamic work hours and environments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required but degree from management and economics are a plus

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:
