1. Costing Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Run the monthly cost forecasts and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated time
2. Ensure the accuracy of recording cost per product in appropriate journals and ledgers
3. Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process
4. Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs and overhead costs
5. Analyze the production variance of material cost and overhead costs in order to establish prices of products
6. Consolidate cost of manufacturing and distribute to all of inventory accounts
7. Prepare, devise, and regulate procedures (SOP) for establishing unit cost of products & inventory control

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree from Accounting with min GPA 3.0
2. Having experience as costing in FACG Company
3. Fluent in English (oral and verbal)
4. Experience in using ERP (especially SAP S4 Hana)
5. Strong in analytical thinking & good communication skill
6. Advance skill in using Ms. Excel

2. Finance & Accounting Devision Head

Responsibilities :

1. Monage financial reporting for budgeting, forecasting, monthly & annual statements
2. Ensure company transactions ore recorded under the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
3. Work with external auditors to finalize the company’s Audited Financial Statement and ensure that the Audited Financial Statement can be completed on time
4. Monitoring the cash flow of the company to ensure adequate short-term and medium-term liquidity
5. Develop cost standards for materials and propose to management
6. Conduct cooperation and establish good relationships with the bank for corporate finance activities
7. Reduce corporate tax issues by ensuring that all company transactions are in compliance with the rules
8. Ensure all tax facility security in cooperation with the tax authorities to strengthen the company’s position against losses and continue to update the new tax laws
9. Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting activities
10. Encourage subordinates to continue making continuous improvement

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
2. Minimum experience os Finance & Accounting Division Head or a similar position with minimum 5 years of working in the Accounting & Tax area
3. Deep knowledge of Taxation, preferable in Brevet A & B
4. Solid understanding of Financial Management ond Accounting
5. Strong strategic and analytical thinking & decision-making abilities
6. Effective leadership qualities
