Lowongan Kerja PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia

1. Production (Fermentation Process)

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 – 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team
• Having experience in Biotechnology, Food Industry, Fermentation process
• Bachelor’s or Master degree preferably in Bio Process Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Food Technology/ Microbiology or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Having knowledge of micro-biology relating to Fermentation process
• Familiar with Food Safety Concept, Safety regulation & the implementation
• Fluency in English
• High level of motivation, open-minded, leadership, clear and appropriate level of communication, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team working attitude and result oriented.
• Special Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data analysis

2. Production (Refinery Process)

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 – 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team
• Having experience in Bio Industry, Food Industry, Refinery process
• Bachelor’s or Master degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3,0
• Having knowledge of Refinery Technology, Material / Mass Balance
• Familiar with Food Safety Concept & implementation
• Fluency in English
• High level of motivation, open-minded, leadership, clear and appropriate level of communication, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team working attitude and result oriented.
• Special Technical Expertiee: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Data analysis.

3. Utility Operator

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
  Min GPA 3.00
• Having understanding in basic electricity and machinery
• Basic knowledge of operational logic control
• Good team work and able to work individually
• Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability
• Willing to working at height

4. Prodution Operator

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma of Chemical Engineering
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Having understanding in basic chemical process
• Good team work and able to work individually
• Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability

5. LF Operator

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Agricultural engineering/ Agribisnis/Agroteknologi/ Food Technology & Agricultural Products (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Understanding manufacturing process is a plus
• Have good systematical and analytical reasoning
• Familiar and excellent in administrative tools & reporting skill
• Disciplined, detailed, agile and responsive to the situation
• Good communication & interpersonal skill

6. Engineering Operator

Qualifications:

• Min. Diploma of Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation & Control Engineer)
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Understanding in PNID drawing
• Good capability in AutoCad will be a plus
• Willing to work and inspection at site
• Detailed, able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability
• Able to make a reports
• Analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill

7. HRD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Administration/Management of Human Resources/Statistics/Tax major
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Understanding in Labor Laws, Industrial Relation, and Organizational Development
• Proficient in data management and analysis
• Having experienced in compensation & benefit and performance evaluation will be advantages
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Excellent analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill
• Good team work and able to work individually
• Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability

8. Laboratory Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Microbiology, Biology, Chemical, Food Science Technology
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Having experienced in Quality Process, Laboratory will be advantages
• Understanding in Good Laboratory Practices, ISO 17025:2017 will be plus
• Good capability of laboratory analysis (chemical, physical, biological) is a must
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Disciplined, detail oriented, critical and responsible
• Excellent analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill
• Fast learner and able to work as a team or independently and hardworker

9. Production Officer (Fermentation Process)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Microbiology/ Biology/ Food Technology/ Biotechnology, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Understanding in bacteria & microbiology
• Having experienced in Fermentation Technology will be advantages
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Excellent analytical, cautious and accurate person
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with Microsoft tools
• Fast learner, hard worker and able to work as a team or independently

10. Production Officer (Refinery Process)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Understanding in process simulation & equipment
• Having experienced in Refinery Technology will be advantages
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking with good interpersonal skill
• Familiar with Microsoft Tools
• Fast learner, hard worker and able to work as a team or independently
• Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability

11. Utility Process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering/ Physical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Energy Conversion or equivalent field of study preferred (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Have good attitude and analytical thinking
• Good understanding of basic thermodynamics, steam and gas power engineering, process engineer, and management of sustainability industry
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of industrial utility, equipment and facilities
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently to resolve issues
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
• Good attitude and administration skill, Ms. Office, and emailing
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written

12. Safety & Health

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Min. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 year in similar position in manufacturing preferably at food/ chemical/ biotechnology manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge about basic manufacturing, factory design, and basic chemical engineering process
• Strong ability to analyze data and in field situation in terms of safety matters
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Possess a high level of safety culture and awareness, risk assessment methods
• Able to work both individually and in a team
• Strong communication and leadership skill

13. GA Operator

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma of Social and Political Sciences / Law
• Min GPA 3.0
• Familiar & excellent in administrative tools and Microsoft Office
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skill
• Have a good attitude & high integrity is a must
• Able to work in a dynamic work situation, agile, and responsive to the situation
