Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) 2024

The final selected candidates will be joined into our FADP (Financial Analyst Development Program) which accelerates professional and technical development through a learning program and a variety of business-critical assignments in order to be future Leader in our business.

We offer a variety of formal and informal learning programs to help acquire and build specialized skill faster.

A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including certification, functional and leadership skills that are essential for a Leader position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple challenging projects.
  • Assess current state and define business solutions.
  • Analyze and propose business needs.
  • Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios.
  • Interact with various teams across the business.
  • This position needs someone who are tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve results.

Job Qualification:

  • Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Strategic Finance majors or a related field with minimum GPA 3.2 of 4.0
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Having relevant 1-4 years of experience in strategic finance, such as credit analysis, finance modelling, capital market, stock market, and the like. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Age max. 27 years old.
  • Understand corporate arena, enjoy work and make career in big corporation.
  • Communicative, collaborative, problem solver, discipline and achiever.
