Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

1. Management Trainee – Sales Operation

Sales Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader (Sales Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing with minimum GPA 3.25 (Scale 4.00)
  • Age Maximum 22 Years Old
  • Fresh Graduated or less than 1 year experience
  • Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive , Energetic and Persistent.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”
  • Strong negotiation skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • WILLING TO BE LOCATED THROUGHOUT INDONESIA

2. Management Trainee – Logistic

Logistic Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
  • Maximal 23 Years Old
  • Fresh Graduated or less 1 year experience
  • Fast Learner, Ambitious, Proactive , Energetic and Persistent.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and “Have a Can-Do Attitude”
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have been fully vaccinated Covid-19
