MANAGEMENT TRAINEE 2025

1. Management Trainee Manufacturing (MT-MF)

  • S1 or S2 Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

2. Management Trainee Research & Development (MT-RD)

  • S1 or S2 Degree in Chemistry

3. Management Trainee Information Technology (MT-IT)

  • S1 or S2 Degree in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics, Automation or Artificial Intelligence)

General Requirements :

  • Minimum GPA : 3.0 (S1) or 3.2 (S2)
  • Maximum 24 (S1) or 26 (S2)
  • Good command in English
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Willing to be stationed in Purwakarta, West Java
