PT Multi IndoMandiri (PT MIM) adalah salah satu anak perusahaan Wings Grup yang bergerak di bidang produksi atau manufaktur berbagai macam produk seperti sabun, detergen, dan produk perlengkapan kebersihan rumah tangga lainnya.

PT. Multi Indomandiri (MIM) berdiri sejak 12 September 2013 di Dusun Serang, Kampung Situwaringin RT. 12 RW. 04, Desa Sumur Kondang, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang. PT. Multi Indomandiri merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi aneka produk perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga dan kosmetik. Visi dari perusahaan kami adalah menjadi perusahaan fabric care, home care, personal care & obat tradisional nasional terbesar dan terdepan melalui “people & process excellence” dan selalu menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari seluruh keluarga Indonesia. Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering

2. Supervisor Warehouse Plastic

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• 5 years experience in the same field & position
• Familiar with SAP

3. Supervisor Warehouse/PM

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in any related major
• 5 years experience in the same field & position
• Familiar with SAP

4. Coordinator Warehouse RM/PM

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in any related major
• 3-4 years experience in the same field & position
• Familiar with SAP

5. Staff Warehouse Raw Material Liquid

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• Min 1 years experience in the same field & position
• Familiar with SAP

6. Supervisor QC In Line Process Liquid

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years experience in the same field & position.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Familiar with various sampling methods.

7. Supervisor QC Incoming & Production Plastic

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5 years experience in the same field & position.
• Familiar with SAP.

8. QC Incoming Packaging

Requirements :

• Male
• Diploma/S1 Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Min 1 year experience as QC packaging material and or QC in plastic production
• Familiar with SAP
• Familiar with various sampling methods

9. Section Head Quality Assurance

Requirements :

• Professional Pharmacist/Apothecary with STR
• Min 7 year experience as Quality Assurance in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or PKRT industry.

10. Asset Management

Job Description :

• Conducting data collection and management of assets across the entire factory.
• Performing field inspections and document validation.
• Ensuring asset records are registered in the SAP system.
• Updating asset records periodically and reporting directly to the Accounting & Tax Manager.

Qualification :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any related major.
• Possesses a strong understanding of managing assets & inventory
• Min 1 years experience as Asset Management or Inventory Control.
• Familiar with SAP

11. Tooling Staff

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and tools in plastic production (Injection Molding,
• Blow Molding, Preform, Thermoforming, etc).
• Min 1 year experience as Tooling Staff.

12. Process Engineering

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and tools in plastic production
• Have min 1 year experience handling Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Preform, and  Thermoforming.

13. Supervisor System & Continous Improvement

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and flow process in plastic production.
• Experience in using SAP is a must.
• Min 5 year experience in material handling & controlling stock, and production plastic process.

14. Process Development Design & Delivery

Requirements :

• Male
• Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering (preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry)
• Possesses a strong understanding on basic product knowledge/technology/design
• Minimum of 1 years experience within the specific technology area, especially in FMCG.
• Fresh graduate with interest and relevant project/internship experience are welcome to apply.

15. Process Development Packaging Plastic

Requirements :

• Male
• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering
• Possesses a strong understanding on basic product knowledge/technology/design, especially rigid packaging plastic production
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as RnD in production rigid packaging plastic area

16. Staff Mixing

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and mixing (liquid) process.
• Min 1 year experience as Foreman/Production Staff.

17. Staff Production

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and filling & packaging liquid process.
• Min 1 year experience as Foreman/Production Staff.

18. Technical Production (Liquid)

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and flow process in liquid production.
• Min 1 year experience as Maintenance and or as Technician Production

19. Purchasing Sparepart

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or any related major.
• Possesses a strong understanding of flow purchase in manufacture.
• Min 2 years experience as Purchasing Staff.

20. General/Project Purchasing

Requirements :

• Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or any related major.

22. Liquid Maintenance

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and utilities in liquid production.

23. Maintenance Mixing Process

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and utilities in mixing liquid production.

24. Maintenance Prod. Plastic Mold

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Possesses a strong understanding of machinery and utilities in plastic production.

25. HVAC Engineer

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3/D4) in Energy Conversion Engineering, Air Conditioning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding and experience in HVAC systems (including AC chillers, air handling equipment, etc.).
• Proficient in designing HVAC installations.
