Branch Manager Head Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Responsible for customers’ satisfaction, service quality and branch’s performance in sales, service and compliance
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve branch sales targets
• Increase sales and optimize costs to meet sales & distribution operating profit targets
• Maintain the availability of products in the warehouse
• Increase the speed of delivering product to customers
• Increase team productivity and reduce employee turnover rate

Job Spesification:

• Bachelor degree engineering, GPA min 3,0
• Fresh Graduate / Experience as sales minimal 1 year will be advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, active, and have a good leadership
• Willing to work with high mobility
• Willing to be placed all over indonesia
