1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail Oriented, Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proactive, Creative and Innovative
• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in education or language learning is a plus
• Work From Office (Malang, East java)

2. Digital Marketing Lead

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Adverstising, Marketing, Communication, or any relevant major
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, CRM, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, and LinkedIn), e-mail marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance
• PPC Campaign such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Proactive, creative, details, and inovative
• Understanding of the education industry and competition in the local markets
• Placement in Malang, East Java
• Can join immediately

3. Finance Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 – 6 years of experience as accounting and/or finance manager
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with teams
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting, data mining, tools such as Access, Finance Accounting Tax, etc.
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
