1. Product Development

Job Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop IT and English educational products, including course materials, user interfaces, and digital tools.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to align with educational best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with educators and developers to create effective learning experiences.
  • Ensure the designed cost model can be sustained in the long term.
  • Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs.
  • Optimize materials and tools to enhance user experience and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback.
  • Stay updated on advancements in educational technology and curriculum design.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to implement and promote educational products

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Educational Technology, English Education, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in education or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of IT and English language education

2. VP Sales and Marketing

Job Responsibilities :

  • Design, manage, develop strategy marketing and sales policies for all company product.
  • Analyze market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
  • Lead and analyze the performance of the Sales & Marketing team in achieving sales targets.
  • Lead the execution of campaign events and integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channel.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimun 1-3 years of sales & marketing and leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Experienced in analyzing market trends and data.
  • Proficients in English communication.
