Recruitment Officer

Traveloka is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the recruitment manager, you will support our recruitment efforts; assist in identifying top talent, and manage communications with candidates and stakeholders. Your role will involve hands-on recruitment tasks and collaboration with our teams to ensure we attract and hire the best talent for our fast-paced and innovative environment.

Job Description

  • Conduct job and task analysis to determine the most effective talent pools for various roles within our organization.
  • Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, to match them with Traveloka’s needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed recruiting reports to the internal team and stakeholders.
  • Manage key aspects of the recruitment process, including reviewing
    applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with internal and
    external stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong
    relationships throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with min. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in the OTA, Ecommerce, Technology or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience with various recruitment processes, including CV screening, HR screening, recruitment events execution, and reference checking.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with Workday ATS is a plus.
