PT Tunas Mobilindo Parama atau dikenal juga dengan BMW Tunas didirikan pada tanggal 25 April 1984 dan merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Tunas Ridean Tbk. Tunas Ridean adalah grup otomotif independen terkemuka dengan 125 gerai di seluruh Indonesia. Pemegang saham utama adalah PT Tunas Andalan Pratama dan Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd, masing-masing dengan 43,84% saham beredar. PT Tunas Parama Mobilindo pertama kali ditunjuk sebagai dealer resmi oleh BMW Indonesia pada tahun 2002. BMW Tunas menyediakan layanan Penjualan dan Purna Jual, bekerja sama dengan BMW Indonesia sebagai distributor nasional.

1. Sales Executive

Job Responsibility :

  • Carry out Sales activities with the aim of achieving the targets.
  • Conduct product presentations according to customer needs and perform negotiation with customers.

Requirements :

  • Must Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Have professional experience in similar role for at least 1 year (Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication, fun personality, and wide connection.
  • Target Oriented.
  • Having SIM A is a must.
  • Placement: Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung.

2. Business Transformation Executive

Job Responsibility :

  • Provide transformation in System, Process and People for Sales, Aftersales, Marketing & Finance.
  • Analyzing, designing and implementing the transformation roadmap for positive business impact.
  • Develop project ideation, inception and execution.
  • Provide auditing and observing for all branch & managing multiple stakeholder.

Requirements :

  • Must Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from all major (Management major is a plus).
  • Have persuasive ability to implement positive change.
  • Agile, excellence coordination & communication skill.
  • Adapt quickly to change and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (especially excel).

3. Quality Customer Care Staff

Job Responsibility :

  • Complaint Handling.
  • Daily Showroom Monitoring.
  • Monitoring Voice of Customer (VOC) & Net Point Score (NPS).
  • Maintain relationships with customers.
  • Handling & monitoring Mystery Shopper.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree form Communication & Hospitality is more preferred.
  • Proficient in English (Writing & Speaking) & Microsoft Office.
  • Experience at Complaint Handling & Customer Handling.
  • Have a good communication skill, able to work under pressure & cheerful personality.
  • Placement: Bandung & Bekasi.

4. Aftersales Administration Intern

Job Responsibility :

  • Responsible for checking completeness of documents.
  • Assisting in the general warranty process.
  • Assisting in the smooth process of claims to stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Final year student or Fresh Graduate (Bachelor Degree) from any Major are welcome to apply.
  • Interested in Administration Field.
  • Microsoft Office Expert (Excel, Word, & Power Point).
  • Strong Communication skill, adaptable, detail oriented, and fast learner.
