DISNAKERJA.COM – PT Waskita Modern Realti adalah Joint Venture antara PT Waskita Karya Realti dan PT Modernland Realty, sedang mengembangkan proyek Vasaka City, yaitu sebuah Proyek Kota Baru dengan konsep “Urban Oasis” yang asri, hijau dan terletak sebagai oase di antara kawasan industri dan pelabuhan, di mana proyek ini terhubung langsung dengan Tol Cibitung-Cilincing melalui Future Interchange Toll Sukamekar by Waskita Karya.

Lowongan Kerja PT Waskita Modern Realti

1. Quantity Surveyor

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, estimating/evaluating volume & costruction cost especially in Landed house project.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Certification as a Quantity Surveyor Inspector or similar is a plus.

2. Legal Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum of 1 years of experience work in real estate law, property law, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of property transactions & documentations e.g. PPJB & AJB, land use regulations, and real estate development.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Graphic Designer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or property-related projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Event Promotion Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and promotion, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
