1. Environment Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable university with majors in Environmental Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
• Must have certifications related to Operations/Pollution Control for Air, Water, and Hazardous Waste (B3).
• Must be knowledgeable in Environmental System Management.
• Have at least 2 years of experience as an environmental staff member in settings such as a power plant (PLTU), smelter, construction project, or EPC contractor.
• Possess the ability to work as part of a team and escalate issues that arise in the field.
• Willing to be placed at jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan under a roster system.

2. HR Staff

Requirements

• Diploma’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is a plus.

3. Finance & Accounting Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting or equivalent from reputable university

• Understand the work process in the Finance & Accounting department along with an understanding of related regulations
• Understand Account Receivable Management, Account Payable Management, Accounting Control, SAP, etc

6. ERT Staff

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Search and Rescue (Basarnas – Intermediate Level), First Aid (Level 3), and Firefighting (Class B).
• Proficiency in Chinese language or experience working with Chinese companies is a plus.

7. Lifting Engineer

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Min. 2 year’s experience of similar work
• Skillfulness of Ms. Office & Other programs
• Chinese/Mandarin language proficiency (preferred).
• Willing to be based in Bulungan, North Kalimantan (roster and shift system).

8. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major.
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as translator/interpreter. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant in company establishment projects or Joint Venture company will be an advantage.
• Exposure as translator/interpreter/project assistant or working with Chinese native or in Chinese company is preferred.
• Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment.

9. Workshop Technician

Requirements

• Minimum SMA or D3 degree, majoring Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years  experience as Mechanical Technician or Workshop Technician
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Having all required basic competencies: Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of heavy equipment.

10. Government & External Relation Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Law/Management/Communication
• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Public Relation Officer/ Government & External Relation Officer
• Preferably having exposure in energy industry
• Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Good command in English both verbal and written

11. Statutory & Consolidation Section Head

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 6 years of experience in reporting and consolidation, preferably as an Assistant Manager at a Tbk company and/or a public accounting firm
• Strong competencies in financial statement analysis, accounting control/accounting standards, and tax regulations
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in English is required

12. Statutory & Consolidation Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.00
• Have min 3-year experience as Reporting Staff, Consolidation Staff, and/or experience from Public Accounting Firm
• Have good knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting control, financial reporting, and financial planning & budgeting
• Good English is a must

13. Secretary

Requirements

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree, majoring Secretary or Business Administration & Management
• Minimum 3 years  experience as Secretary – exposure in Corporate would be preferable

14. HR Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably with a background in Psychology, Management, Law.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Staff in Power Plants, Smelters or Mining Industry.
• Possess competency in Recruitment & Selection Management, Remuneration Management, Industrial Relation and HRIS.

15. Civil Superintendent

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (D3  S1) graduate majoring in Civil Engineering
• Have minimum 5 years experience in civil construction EPC Project, preferably in industrial/ smelter/ power plant construction projects.
• Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis.
• Knowing about processes: Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Have good knowledge in productivity with manpower & equipment planning.
• Have strong leadership and bring Quality & Safety in the first priority
• Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project
• Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan

16. Import & Asset Management Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import coordination, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a project-based or large-scale operation for minimal 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import permits, tariff codes (HS codes), and international shipping documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external logistics providers.
• Experience working with the Customs and PPJK for clearance procedures.
• Ability to manage complex logistics operations and resolve issues efficiently.

17. Mechanic Heavy Equipment Foreman

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
• 2–3 years of work experience as a Group Leader Plant or Plant Foreman.
• Preferably holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate.
• Must have a Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certification.
• Familiar with managerial activities related to all aspects of heavy equipment maintenance.

18. ERT Officer

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of work experience as an ERT Officer.
• Preference is given to those who already hold Basarnas Intermediate, First Aid Response 3, and Fire Fighting Class D certificates.
• Familiar with the overall managerial activities related to the emergency response process.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and has experience handling emergency situations.

19. Port Section Head

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field (preferred).

Requirements

• Must hold a certification related to Occupational Health & Safety (K3) in Work Environment.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supervisor in Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health (IHOH) within Power Plants (PLTU), Smelters, Construction, or EPC Contractors.

25. HSE Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable universities majoring in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or other Engineering fields.
• Must have certifications as a General Occupational Safety Expert and as a Junior Construction Safety Expert.
• Certificates for Scaffolding Inspection and Gas Detector Assessor will be an advantage.
• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a supervisor in a Construction or EPC Contractor setting.
• Able to handle a team effectively.

26. Data Analyst Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
