PT Atlas Resources Tbk adalah salah satu produsen batubara yang cukup dikenal di Indonesia. Dalam perjalanan usahanya selama sepuluh tahun, Perseroan mengalami pertumbuhan bisnis yang pesat menyusul dilakukannya aksi akuisisi, eksplorasi dan pengembangan, dengan fokus awal pada wilayah pertambangan batubara regional berskala kecil.

Sejak mulai beroperasi, Perseroan telah terlibat dalam sejumlah pengembangan proyek, di antaranya proyek eksplorasi dan produksi di lokasi tambang PT Diva Kencana Borneo (DKB) di Hub Kubar yang memproduksi batubara dengan kandungan kalori tinggi dan batubara jenis metallurgical coal. Selain itu, Perseroan juga melakukan ekspansi aset pertambangan dengan mengakuisisi PT Hanson Energy di Hub Oku dan kemudian dilengkapi dengan aksi akuisisi atas Grup Gorby, yang kini dikenal dengan Proyek Mutara (dahulu Muba), serta atas PT Optima Persada Energi (OPE), yang memiliki 6 lahan konsesi pertambangan. Selain itu Perseroan juga memiliki beberapa anak usaha di bidang jasa logistik. Melalui berbagai langkah strategis tersebut, Perseroan mampu memperluas skala produksi batubara yang dimilikinya.

1. HEAVY EQUPMENT & MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (HMS)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering

2. MAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISOR (MAP)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field
• Good knowledge of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills
• Maximum age 45 years old
• Placement at South Sumatra (Site)

3. HEAVY EQUPMENT MECHANIC (HEM)

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field
• Experienced in Heavy Equipment Repair & Maintenance
• Maximum age 45 years old

4. DUMP TRUCK MECHANIC (DTM)

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field
• Experienced in Dump Truck Repair & Maintenance
• Maximum age 45 years old

5. HAULING SUPERVISOR (HLS)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same field
• Excellent communication, teamwork and analytical thinking

6. MINE SURVEYOR (MNS)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
• Good communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Maximum age 35 years old

7. MINE FOREMAN (MNF)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field
• Good communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Maximum age 40 years old

8. MINE ENGINEER (MNE)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Mining
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field
• Good ability to plan and design with mining software
• Good communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking

9. HSE (HSE)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same filed
• Have AK3 Umum Certification
• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred

• Maximum age 45 years old

10. PARAMEDIC (MED)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree in Nursing
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same filed
• Experienced in coal mining company is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork and analytical thinking
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Placement at South Sumatera (Site)

11. EXTERNAL & LANDCOMP SUPERVISOR (ELS)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the same filed
• Excellent communication, negotiation, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills
• Maximum age 45 years old

12. HR & GA SUPERVISOR (HGS)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field
• Good knowledge in Manpower Regulations
• Proficient in using Ms. Office
• Experienced in site project placement
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical and organizational skills
• Maximum age 45 years old

13. WAREHOUSE OFFICER (WHO)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
• Good communication, teamwork and analytical skills
• Maximum age 30 years old

14. PROCUREMENT OFFICER (PCO)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma degree
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field
• Good communication, teamwork and analytical thinking

15. FACILITY FOREMAN (FCF)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field
• Experienced in facility construction & maintenance
• Good knowledge in building mechanical & electrical
• Good communication, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• Maximum age 40 years old

16. STATUTORY REPORTING SUPERVISOR (SRP)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Environment
• Minimum 3 years experiences in related field
• Experienced in coal mining company
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Good ability to work with Ms. Office
• Excellent communication, teamwork and analytical thinking
• Have PPA (Pengendalian Pencemaran Air) certificate is preferred
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Placement at Jakarta

17. LEGAL OFFICER (LGO)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same field
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

18. PERMIT & LICENSE MANAGER (PLM)
