1. Talent Acquisition Intern
What does day-to-day look like?
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, networking, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet job requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as part of the selection process.
- Work closely with TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects, reports, and administrative task
What does amazing look like?
- Bachelors degree or final year student in any field, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology would be a plus
- Prior intern experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred
- Good English proficiency is a must
- Able to use Google Workspace, and proficient in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A team player with a can-do attitude and willing to learn
- Able to multitask with a positive, attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities & demands in a fast-paced working environment
2. Tax Intern
What does the day-to-day look like?
- Assisting Tax Executive in preparing monthly tax calculations and reporting
- Maintaining tax-related documents of the company
- Reconcile of Vat In Vat Out to the General Ledger
- Sending the withholding tax invoice to the partner or vendor
- Daily generate tax invoice from Efaktur
- Create withholding tax template for Ebutpot Unifikasi
What does amazing look like?
- Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student in Tax Administration or Accounting
- Having working experience or Internship programs in the Tax or Finance division is preferable
- Having a better understanding of Tax Regulations
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Able to work Monday to Friday at working hours. Willing to do a hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week).
3. Sales Support Assistant Intern
What does day-to-day look like?
- Support and assist operational teams with daily new client, transaction, and final revenue data for all financial wealth instruments
- Prepare and support the operations team for a wealth management plan
What does amazing look like?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in any field
- Excellent in Microsoft tools, esp. Excel
- Data management expertise required
- Has a good level of accuracy
- Having an interest in the investment and financial service industry related to finance admin will be a plus point
