PT Cakrawala Mitra Bersama merupakan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelayanan Cash Replenishment dan First Level Maintenance (CR-FLM) ATM yang berdiri sejak tahun 2012 dengan mayoritas kepemilikan oleh Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pensiun Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (YKP BankExim).


Administrative Staff

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
  • Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team
  • Control the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
  • Monitor and archive documents related to invoices
  • Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies
  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work

Minimum Qualifications

  • Women, minimum age 21, maximum age 29
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent is required
  • At least one-year work experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strategic and clear leadership skills
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Have skills in solving problems Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
