The Technician Development Program (TDP) is specifically designed to develop young enthusiastic and talented technicians in the field of instrumentation, control valves, and process control, providing intensive training and hands-on practice, and building the skills necessary to become successful technicians.

General Requirements :

• Fresh graduates or Max. 2 years of working experiences
• SMK graduates majoring in Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation GPA Min. 80
• D3/S1 graduates majoring in Electronic Engineering, Physics Engineering, with
• GPA Min. 2.80 Scale 4.00
• Good interpersonal skills
• Physically and mentally fit
• Proficient in English (Min. Passive)
