Paxocean memiliki dan mengoperasikan 5 galangan kapal yang terletak di Singapura, Cina dan Indonesia. Pertama kali didirikan pada tahun 2007 di Singapura, Paxocean menawarkan berbagai layanan yang mencakup pembangunan baru, fabrikasi modul, daur ulang hijau, perbaikan dan konversi aset energi konvensional dan terbarukan.

Di  Indonesia sendiri PaxOcean merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang galangan kapal atau shipyard yang berlokasi di daerah Tanjunguncang, Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Saat ini kami membuka lowongan kerja dengan detail sebagai berikut:

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Economics, business, accounting or Equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. Finance, HR.
  • Making arrangement for staff travel and accommodations.
  • Reserving venues for meetings and events.
  • Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Typing up letters and reports behalf of other office staff.
  • Keeping business documents organized and secure.
  • Scheduling activities on the company calendar.
  • Distributing reports, memos, and other correspondence to departments.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
