PT Glico Wings adalah perusahaan ternama yang fokus bisnisnya di bidang produksi dan penjualan es krim dengan brand Glico Wings.

PT Glico Wings didirikan dengan kerjasama antara 2 perusahaan besar yaitu Ezaki Glico Co.ltd yang berpusat di Osaka Jepang dan Wings Group. Di Indonesia sendiri ada 2 anak perusahan Glico yaitu Glico Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta dan PT Glico Wings yang berlokasi di Karawang.

Hari Yayasan Glico Group adalah 11 Februari 1922 hari ketika kotak merah khas karamel Glico yang diperkaya nutrisi pertama kali ditempatkan di rak di sebuah department store. Sejak saat itu, pertumbuhan telah dicapai dengan menawarkan produk inovatif yang unik dan aktivitas pasar yang giat.

1. Loss Control Staff

Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related major
• Experienced in Loss Control for at least 1 year of working experience in food manufactures
• Fresh graduates with internships in Loss Control are welcome to apply
• Having knowledge and experience in supply chain management, time loss & material loss calculation, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Total Productive Maintenance, Risk Management
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Both spoken and written.
• Have good interpersonal skills (communication, problem-solving, decision-making), leadership, analytical mind, and team worker
• Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area

2. Quality Control Line Helper

Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related major
• Experienced in Loss Control for at least 1 year of working experience in food manufactures

3. WTP & WWTP Team Leader

Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Environment Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering is welcome)
• Experienced at least 1 year of working experience in WTP & WWTP
• Knowledgeable about WTP & WWTP procedures Able to troubleshoot machines or tools in WTP & WWTP area
• Have a good attitude and leadership skills.
• Fast and Responsive in problem-solving.
• Willing to work with shifting system (2 Shift)
• Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area.
• Fit to work and able to work immediately.

4. Production Team Leader

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related major
• Experienced at least 1 year of working experience as a Production leader in the FMCG/Dairy/Beverages industry
• Willing to work with shifting system (3 Shift)
• Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area.
• Fit to work and able to work immediately.

5. Maintenance Team Leader

Requirements :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering)
• Experienced at least 2 year of working experience in maintenance and troubleshooting FMCG manufacture machine
• Knowledgeable about electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical and system control programming (SCAda & PLC)
• Fast and Responsive in problem-solving and have leader ship skill
• Willing to work with shifting system (3 Shift)
• Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area.
• Fit to work and able to work immediately.
