PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. Lowongan Kerja PT Honda Prospect Motor

1. AFTER SALES SP STAFF

• Visit, evaluate and monitor dealers to improve their performances.
• Draw a new layout for new dealership or dealership undergoing renovation

Specific Requirement:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Willing to do a business trip.
• Able to drive a car and have a driving license.
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Proficient in English (both oral and written)
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

Specific Requirement:

• Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
• COVID-19 vaccine certificate-full doses (up to 1st booster is welcomed)
• Have valid Certificate of Good Conduct Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)

2. COMPLIANCE & LITIGATION STAFF

• Prepare legal opinions and apply them by comprehensively analyzing regulatory content and business circumstances
• Draft and review agreements, manage licensing procedures, and represent companies in dealings with government institutions or during hearings

Specific Requirement:

• Bachelor of Law
• Have PKPA certification
• Able to drive a car and have a driving license
• Preferably have working experience in legal
• Proficient in Ms. Office & English
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta

General Requirement:

• Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL

3. SERVICE MARKET QUALITY STAFF

Analyze vehicle problems and make reports on issues in the market (QIC), coordinate with the factory to determine countermeasures, and make Service News to Dealers regarding the corrective actions needed in the market.

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• Able to drive a car and have a driving license
• Proficient in Ms. Office & English
• Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
