1. Business Development Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 2 years experience in related field
• S1 – Business Management / Finance
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Understand the ship building & ship repair proces.
• Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion, it can be considered a plus point.
• Ability to work collaboratively across division.
• Strong market research, communication skills, proactive and analytical thinking, fast learing and adaptation abilities.

2. Drafter

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field
• Max D3 – Naval Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Understands technical drawings and ship designs
• Familiar with shipping/maritime terms
• Able to use AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings
• Good communication skills to collaborate with teams

3. Inventory Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field
• S1 – Industrial Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Able to Conduct Inventory Analysis
• Understand the procedures, storage, and movement of goods
• Understand the use of the MRP system
• Proficient in managing demand management (BOM)
• Capable to Maintaining Inventory Records
• Have a Good Analitycal Skills

4. Quality & Risk Management Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field
• S1 – Industrial Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001
• Understand business process analysis & risk management
• Excellent in data management
• Strong communication and analytical skill

5. Design Engineering

Qualifications :

• Min 2 Years Experience as Marine Piping & Hydraulic Engineer/ Machinery
• S1 – Marine Engineeing
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Have knowledge of piping and hydraulic/machinery system, technical drawings, classification rules, 3D software
• Familiar with shipyard or ship design
• Strong analytical skill

6. Human Capital Operation Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field
• S1 – Industrial engineering & Physcology
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Professionals in the field of Human Capital Operation
• Professionals in Industrial Relationship
• Capable of managing Benefit and Welfare system
• Capable of Planning and Creating
• Strong communication and analytical skill

7. Production Engineer Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years experience in related field
• S1 – Industrial engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Understand ship building industry standards, rules, and regulations
• Understand the shipbuilding process from start to delivery
• Able to Create the sequence of ship outfitting installation processes
• Expert in controlling the compliance of system drawings with the actual implementation
• Good Analytical skills

8. Quality Assurance Staff

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 2 years experience in related field
• S1 – Naval, Marine & Industrial Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Understand ISO standards, Marine rules & regulations
• Understand the ship repair process from start to delivery
• Ability to analyze technical documentation

9. Production Planning and Cost Control

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field
• S1 – Industrial Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Familiar with SAP systems
• Familiar working with MS Project, Excel, Power Point
• Understand the ship building process from start to delivery
• Good Analytical skills
• Strong Leadership

10. Facility Maintanance Officer

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 1 years experience in related field
• D3 – Mechanical Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Professionals in operating heavy equipment and mechatronics
• Professionals in Maintaining heavy equipment
• Experienced in managing and maintaning heavy equipment
• To be able to troubleshoot and repair down facilities in the shortest possible time
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations

12. Business Consultant / Sales

Qualifications :

• Fresh Graduate or 2 years experience in related field
• S1 – Business Management , Naval/Marine Engineering
• GPA Min. 3.0
• Having good knowledge of the detailed product in the Shipyard industry
• Having good negotiation skills.
• Familiar with shipbuilding procedures
• Strong communication and analytical skill.
