Contract Logistics Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks and provide support in day-to-day operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
• Observe and learn from seasoned staff members both in the office and warehouse.
• Acquire an understanding of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Assist managers in performance evaluations, including report writing, data analysis, or presentations.
• Engage in corporate strategic planning.
  Achieve the objectives and targets set at the commencement of the traineeship.
• Prepare documents and maintain records.
• Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings as an observer.
• Travel to different offices, warehouses, or projects as needed to actively participate in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; other majors will be considered.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing).
• Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Drive, and tools like Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to learning.
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (Class C/A).

*This opportunity is for an outsourcing employee (third-party vendor) working for PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, under the supervision and daily operations of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, at their office or work location.
