Maxim adalah layanan transportasi online yang menyediakan berbagai layanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari Anda. Memulai perjalanan sederhana kami di Indonesia pada tahun 2018, Maxim kini tersedia di 72 kota di seluruh Indonesia dan akan menjangkau lebih banyak kota untuk melayani semua orang di mana saja, kapan saja. Layanan kami di Indonesia meliputi transportasi (motor dan mobil), pengiriman, kargo, spa, kebersihan, makanan dan pengiriman barang.
Document Controller
Our employees work in various areas, including maintaining control over document flow. Due to the growth of daily tasks and our business expansion, our team in Jakarta requires an additional employee who will be responsible for the following functions:
- Receiving, sending, registering correspondence, legal documents, including contracts, powers of attorney, as well as entering documents and updating information via electronic document management system (EDMS).
- Creating electronic and hard copy archives and archiving documents.
- Searching, issuing documents upon request.
- Ordering and keeping record of the consumables required for sending correspondence.
- Ordering seals and stamps.
Requirements:
- English proficiency: at least upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Experience of working with document flow: 1–3 years.
- Education: bachelor’s degree.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Knowledge of how to operate a document management software will be considered as an advantage.
