Recruitment Intern

As a leading authorized dealer of CAT heavy equipment, we are committed to advancing you, where exceptional learning and hands-on experiences await your journey. Join our team to dive into an end-to-end recruitment process and actively contribute to exciting improvement projects within the heavy equipment industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist and conduct various recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, scheduling selection test, etc.
• Responsible to manage candidate database and ensuring timely communication with candidates
• Responsible to support and prepare recruitment administrative tasks and documents

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor degree (S1) in Psychology and Management (Min. 4th semester students)
• Able to join 3-6 months internship period with WFO arrangement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate grit and eagerness to explore and learn new things
• Proactive and enthusiastic to embrace new challenges
