PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service.

Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.

Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya.

Airport Ticketing Staff

Job Description:
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and excited to work in the aviation industry? PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Airport Ticketing Staff member. In this role, you will assist passengers with booking and ticketing, provide information about flights and travel regulations, and ensure a smooth check-in process to enhance the travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations, bookings, and ticket issuance, with a focus on Go Show tickets.
  • Provide information and assist passengers at the Airport Ticketing Office as directed by the Station and Sales Managers.
  • Issue Excess Baggage Tickets (EBT) and other ancillary products.
  • Manage ticket, ancillary product, and EBT sales at the airport.
  • Process refunds, rescheduling, endorsements, and rerouting for passengers.
  • Complete daily sales reports and handle banking processes.
  • Collect and reconcile sales on board (SOB) reports, if applicable.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate records.
  • Address passenger complaints and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the ground operations department for effective passenger handling.
  • Complete reports related to Passenger Service Charges (PSC) and other airport duties.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and other related duties.

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma’s degree in any field, a degree in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
  • Min. 1-year experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (HITIT) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
  • Candidates based in Denpasar are given priority.
