Recruitment Officer

General Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma Three of any education field
• At least 3-10 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction Oil & Gas, Marine projects.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency in Ms. Office application.
• Must be able to work independently or learn work team.
• Good Communication.
• Good Personality

Requirements

• Must have experiences background from Fabrication construction/ Marine industry at least for 3 – 10 years.
• Must have experiences as Recruiter staff/Recruitment Officer
• Strong in communication skill and negotiation
• Familiar to controlling, managing, and updating workforce plans.
• Familiar to control and monitor job advertisements
• Familiar to conduct of job selection
• Familiar to Good Time Management
• Having Skills in IT and Social Media are advantageous
