PT. YKK AP INDONESIA adalah salah satu perusahaan afiliasi dari YKK Group yang didirikan pada 24 September 1988. YKK adalah kepanjangan dari Yoshida Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha, sebuah perusahaan ritsleting yang didirikan Tadao Yoshida di Jepang pada tahun 1934. Sedangkan AP adalah singkatan dari Architectural Products.

Produk utama YKK AP INDONESIA adalah finished good aluminium seperti pintu, kusen, jendela, dan produk-produk arsitektural lainnya.

Future Engineer Development Program (FEDP)

Future Engineer Development Program (FEDP) is a program designed by YKK AP Indonesia that targeted to hire fresh graduates from an engineering background.

With this program, you will be included to be part of the whole manufacturing business process for 12 months of work with competitive benefits. You also have the chance to be promoted as an employee and we aim for you to be the next leader in YKK AP Indonesia.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering with the latest GPA minimum of 2,75 from 4,00
• Having knowledge about manufacturing production flow
• Computer literate and have a good understanding of MRP, QAD, WMS, or AutoCAD
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, and highly motivated

TIMELINE

• September – October 2022
  We hire the numbers of most potential talents from best Universities
• Mid of October 2022 – September 2023
  Each talents would learn whole business process from A to Z
• October 2023
  All talents would be evaluated by their performances and improvement ideas.
• Selected talents would be challenged by real position also developed by several soft skills.
