Job descriptions:

• Lead and contribute to various projects, analyzing business challenges, proposing solutions, and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes and deliverables.
• Regularly meet with your mentor to discuss progress, receive feedback, and set development goals.
• Prepare and present reports on your projects, insights, and learnings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated or max. of 2 years since last graduated from Bachelor Degree
• Graduated from a reputable university with IPK/GPA of 3.3 and above
• Majored in Industrial Engineering, Information & Technology, Business Administration, Economics, and others.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel
• Binding contract for 2 years
